The Flying Chicken started as a fun idea, with its roots planted by my friend (and now business partner). After years of exposure to gimmicky comfort food, we wanted to create something real—bold, high-quality tenders and sandwiches made from scratch. We’re not changing the world with fried chicken, but we like to think we’ve built something that brings smiles to our customers, creates opportunities for our community, and reminds our children that chasing passion and purpose matters more than chasing wealth.
