Hi, I’m Rich Kazbour. I’ve always been curious about why people do what they do—and how small shifts in understanding can lead to meaningful change.

My background is in behavioral science, and it’s been a constant thread in how I’ve tried to understand the world around me. It started in academic settings and has followed me into entrepreneurship, leadership, and community-based work, shaping how I look at people, decisions, and the environments we move through. It continues to influence how I think and how I work today.

This site is a place to think out loud. I write about what I’m noticing, what I’m testing, and what I’m still trying to understand—across work, leadership, parenting, and life. A lot of it comes from paying attention to how people interact when the noise is turned down—when we’re less divided, more grounded, and closer to our natural instincts toward connection and community. Some of it comes from research, some from experience, and some from getting things wrong and adjusting.

If any of it helps you see something more clearly or approach something a little differently, that’s enough for me.

We’re all on this journey together. Let’s make it worthwhile.
